Deliveries
Getting your goods to you safely and on time is or priority. We offer a standard delivery service but depending on the goods you order, we may be able to send your parcel quicker if required, just ask.
More expensive orders may need to be signed for. If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left for you with redilivery and/or pick up instructions. Please note that once a package has been signed for by someone, its safety is no longer our responsibility.
Delivery Times
As you’d expect, delivery prices and times depend on your location. Generally, We will process your order the next morning after the day of purchase. We do not process orders or dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
The timeframe for your delivery can range from 3-10 days and an email will be sent to let you know your package is on its way.
Delivery Costs
The cost of delivery for your item varies depending on the weight and destination. We ship all over the world, simply choose your destination from the drop down menu which you will find once you've added your item to your 'cart'. We offer FREE shipping for combined orders which will be automatically calculated as you add items to your cart.
Returns
We are happy to offer a no quibble refund on all items returned in the same condition within 30 days. All new items must be returned unused in their original condition & packaging. We will also refund items that are faulty or incorrectly dispatched/described, together with your postage cost paid to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are simply unsuitable or do not fit. All refunds will be processed as soon as your goods are returned to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
